Who we are

A bridge between broken trust and everyday wellbeing.

Asghar Trust was founded on a simple belief: mental and social wellness cannot grow where trust has been lost — between neighbours, within families, or between people and institutions. We work directly with communities across Punjab, Sindh, and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa to rebuild that trust through counselling, mediation, and accessible care.

Rooted locally. Every program is run by local staff who understand the community's language and customs.
Free of cost. All counselling and clinic services remain free for every family we serve.
Faith aware. Our approach respects local values while offering evidence based support.
How it works

From first phone call to lasting support.

1

Reach out

Call our helpline, visit a clinic, or ask a field worker in your community.

2

We listen

A trained counsellor hears your situation with full confidentiality.

3

We connect

You're matched to the right program — mediation, clinic, or ongoing counselling.

4

We stay with you

Our teams follow up for months, not just a single visit.

Common questions

Frequently asked questions

Is your support really free of cost?+

Yes. Every counselling session, clinic visit, and helpline call is completely free. We're funded through donations and grants, never through fees to the families we serve.

Do I need to be referred, or can I contact you directly?+

You can reach out directly at any time — by phone, WhatsApp, or by visiting your nearest clinic. No referral is needed.

How can I volunteer with Asghar Trust?+

Fill out the contact form below or message us on WhatsApp. We run volunteer orientations every month in Islamabad, Lahore, and Karachi.

Where does my donation actually go?+

Every rupee is tracked against a program budget and reported in our annual report. Over 85 percent of funds go directly to community programs.
